Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning will give students the skills and knowledge to complete and design their own workout program. Skills and knowledge in strength training will cover a wide variety of training methods and equipment. This course will also cover speed and agility training. Students will spend part of each week completing a workout program that will help them increase their muscular strength and endurance. The rest of the week will be spent improving students speeds, agility, mobility, and cardiovascular endurance.
